Question by SHE’S A DANCING QUEEN !: How good/effective is the Kim Kardashian exercise video?
So I have a very similar body to Kim’s, the big boobs, hips, legs, curves, everything. I really want to tone my body for spring break this year and a friend told me about her videos. Since she has my body shape I figured I’d do her workouts but are they good? Could you give me feedback on them? Thanks!
Question by Jen: Can anyone suggest a good exercise video?
Hi, I am looking for a good work out video for myself. I am somewhat limited to what I can do because I have back problems (herniated disks). If anyone could suggest a good video, that isn’t super boring, I’d appreciate it!
Answer by beachgirl I enjoy the Leslie Sansone Four-Mile Intensity Walk DVD. I bought mine at the bookstore but a lot of exercise DVDs can be checked out of your public library or rented at a video store, which is good for variety.
