Question by Rich people employ me: Is it better to do the same exercise DVD everyday, or to alternate them?

My friends and I do workout DVDs everyday during our lunch break. We have taebo, 3 biggest loser DVDs and the Jacker Warner DVD from Workout. Everyone has a different opinion as to whether it is better to do the same one every day for a week, or to alternate which ones we do everyday. Does anyone know fitness-wise what is the better option?

You need to alternate so that you can use different muscle groups that might be on one video but not the other. Besides, changing it up is better for your own sanity haha

Question by Sharon C: Can anyone tell me what is a great exercise DVD for loosing weight? I love doing cardio and Pilates. Thanks.

I had to cancel my gym membership due to finanical reasons. What exercise DVD’s are great for loosing weight? I love Cardio,Pilates, and dancing.

Try some Yoga too. It will keep you flexible and it’s a good compliment to the cardio and pilates.
