I would like to find a DVD to exercise at home sometimes. The thing is, I would like for it to be a high intensity workout with GREAT, popular music. I get bored easily and I do love to dance! Thanks in advance!

I’m about to buy some workout dvds, but I am clueless when it comes to which ones to get. What is your recommendation? What areas do these workouts target?
