you can do ab exercises for 10 hours you won’t get abs, you must eat healthy, and do cardio.

i suggest doing boxing workout also…. really helps to build up the abs area….!!! and its fun….!!! just put your own favorite tune and work it out…!!!! thats my motivation for working out…!!!!

i was doing the plank about 3 weeks now…. and yeah i can see some of my core abs coming out…. my advice is dont give up to early….!!!! motivation is the key here and plus cardio also part of my training…!!! wish u all the best…!!!
Hello! Have you considered – fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my mate got really defined Six pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.

oh so this is the plank!! haha I’ve been doing this for two minutes every day for 4 years. Yes it does work. Just didn’t know it’s name…
I did it for 2 minutes and I’m only 13.
Has anyone tried the Plank Challenges at Konkura.com ? There is a 60 year old woman on there who has managed 25 minutes at the standard Plank position!

You probably should discuss this with your GP and get your blood pressure checked. There is also an easier beginner variation where you place your knees on the ground which may be worth looking at. Make sure you go to your GP first though just in case.
Do you mean 3 minutes without stopping?
I don’t think many people can do that, even if they have been doing it a long time. Maybe you aren’t doing it right? Or you just have really, really, really strong core muscles.
