This will tone & shape, lift & firm. It also burns calories, so if you don’t eat a bit more to cancel out that deficit, you could end up losing weight.
if you got some fat on your butt, will doing this tone it, and make it slightly smaller ? Do i need to eat more when doing this to keep it big ? please help, thanks !

this is a great video ..I love how it’s very informative ..I could understand the man speaking plus ..It’s broken up intho 3 sets . I’m going to do this workout with more upper body work ..lets see how it goes

You can do cardio on most days of the week, alternate between higher impact (like HIIT) & lower, endurance cardio. You can do it before or after a workout, depending largely on your goals – I like to break it up, 15 mins before, 15 mins after.

Be careful! It’s great that you are doing this workout but twice daily would be putting you at risk of overtraining. You will get better results if you instead do this 4x/week (max), and also train your upper body a few times a week. Also, check out some of many other glute workouts that provide a similar effect via different exercises, for best results

This is for toning, shaping, and perking up. If you want to reduce a butt, you likely need to drop overall body fat/weight & this workout is great for making sure that it doesn’t droop as you lose weight. This workout burns calories as well, which is part of losing weight/lowering body fat.
