Question by : What is a good exercise video for cardio?

I’m a 16 female, I need a good moderate cardio work out video. Something I can get really moving to. I don’t have much money for anything to expensive.

I love Ellen Barrett. All hers are great but the Self Magazine ones are the most upbeat. There is one called Slim and Sleek Fast and one Called Bikini Ready fast. You can view clips on
www.collagevideo.com and you can find them for around $ 5 on amazon.
